Kona Reeves, god love him, had your writer reaching for the first "Down" of the night after finding silence in an otherwise red hot Full Sail University. Oh NXT, you did us all again.
With shades of Samoa Joe choking out Dan Matha after his own grand entrance, Reeves was cleaned the f*ck out by former NXT star (more on that later) and Raw roster member Ricochet before he even made it to the ring.
It was at this point that NXT became the show destined to be despised by at least half the audience for the foreboding sense of pre-Survivor Series chaos. A red-shirted 'One & Only' took the match for himself with no explanation, but when the crowd copped on to exactly what match he'd occupied, it was an eruption of top of an eruption...
