10 Ups & 5 Downs From Impact Wrestling (May 5)

3. Crown Jewel

Kylie Rae officially signed a few weeks ago following her stint at Bound For Glory last October. Nevaeh showed up last week during Rosemary and Havok's Full Metal Mayhem match. Now, Kimber Lee - formerly NXT's Abbey Laith - has cropped up in Impact. The knockouts division gets more and more stacked as the weeks go by.

Appearing on Madison Rayne and Johnny Swinger's talk show Locker Room Talk, Lee deemed herself 'The Crown Jewel', which is a phrase no-one in professional wrestling should want to be associated with. Nevertheless, the newest acquisition will fit right into the division, which already has some fine names within it, from Jordynne Grace to Taya Valkyrie to Tenille Dashwood.

No word yet on whether or not Lee is officially signed down to a contract, however, it would be rather idiotic of Impact management to not have her locked in. Considering we've seen matches like Rosemary vs. Havok and Jordynne vs. Taya (or a multi-person variation involving them with others) several times over the past year, all these new names debuting is very much required to keep the product fresh.
