Conversely to The Undertaker/John Cena match, this is an example of when a squash can be useful.

The Bludgeon Brothers have been running roughshod over the tag division for some time now, but they had two well-established teams in their path: the Usos and the New Day. They collided at WrestleMania, and Harper & Rowan didn’t even look phased.

Even with Jimmy, Jey, Kofi Kingston and Big E ganging up on the two, the Bludgeon Brothers made short work of them, tearing through all four men (five, if you count Xavier Woods) and winning the SmackDown Tag Team Championship.

It was the kind of win that makes a statement, and puts the duo on top in strong fashion. You’ve got to wonder if someone like the Authors of Pain will get called up to compete with them in the coming months.
