In addition to a solid fatal fourway match for the number one contender€™s spot, Divas Champion Charlotte delivered a solid promo in which she responded to Paige calling her out as €œLittle baby Flair.€ Clearly seething, Charlotte urged Paige to keep stoking the flames, that she feeds off the insinuations that she only got where she is today because of her father, Ric Flair. She then talked about how this is now about her reputation and integrity, not just the title. It was a simple, short promo, but it did wonders for making this match about more than just Paige attacking Charlotte and turning on she and Becky Lynch. Charlotte versus Paige has the potential to be a really solid match, and making it into a matter of pride adds a layer of drama and tension. Here€™s hoping WWE can continue to build this properly without somehow screwing it up.
