It’s like when your Dad starts liking your favorite band. You go and get a new favorite band.

That’s how Corey Graves explained his sudden reversal on being an unapologetic, obsessed Alexa Bliss fan/stalker. Graves has spent countless hours gushing about Bliss like it’s a schoolyard crush, but Sunday, he switched gears to proclaim he was turning in his Alexa Bliss fan card.

The reason(s)? She wore Buzz Lightyear-inspired ring gear, which Graves said embarrassed herself, dressing like a Disney character. (Nevermind that one of Bliss’ iconic getups that inspired future ring gear was Harley Quinn.) The sudden switch was made worse by Graves prattling on throughout the match.

When Byron Saxton asking why he was so sour and whether Corey had gotten it all out of his system is the voice of reason, you’ve fallen off the wagon as a commentator.

Call. The. Damn. Match.

We don’t watch WWE to listen to crap like this. It isn’t character development, it isn’t moving a storyline forward. It’s stupid for the sake of being stupid.
