2. Paige Returns To Action
A few years ago, predicting the return of a wrestler retired due to a neck injury would be one of the less likely predictions. However, with the seemingly miraculous returns of Bryan Danielson and Edge, there is renewed hope.
Paige was injured at a house show (27 December 2017) after a botched kick and officially retired on the following post-WrestleMania Raw. There is a consensus that Paige can't go out like that.
Though nothing is definite, Paige has hinted at a homecoming to wrestling, moving ever closer to returning to the squared circle. She has gone from disclosing to Renee Paquette that she questioned whether she felt mentally ready to return to recently commenting:
