10 Ways A Brand Split Would Help WWE Right Now

7. Quicker Call-Ups From NXT

With one roster, it's tough to find a place and a story for new names all the time but with two rosters, it opens up a lot more room for fresh talent. With NXT becoming such a massive success in the last 12 months, the brand has created more stars than it can feature on the one hour TV show, which means that if RAW and SmackDown operated with separate rosters, there can be more regular call-ups to the main TV shows with spaces to feature the talent. There's no reason why Finn Balor and The Balor Club (Anderson and Gallows) couldn't have debuted on RAW by SummerSlam, while Samoa Joe and Baron Corbin could have made their mark on SmackDown by the time WWE gets to Brooklyn in August. At the Performance Center, they have over 70 guys under contract, so whenever NXT stars graduate to one of the main rosters, it opens up more opportunity for the PC hopefuls to start getting featured on NXT. Gone will be the days of wondering why your favourite NXT star isn't on the USA Network challenging for a title or competing in the Royal Rumble - a brand split will allow these things to happen.
