One major reason people compare Lesnar to Vader is that both of them are among the most mobile and agile big men in wrestling history. Despite being billed as super heavyweights, both of them moves around the ring with such surprising maneuverability that it really challenged the perception of bigger wrestlers as immobile giants. In Lesnars case, his quickness came from his amateur background, as he moved around and exchanged wrestling holds with his opponents with such lightning quickness that youd think he were 100 pounds lighter. This accentuated his star power and credibility, as he was able to complement his considerable strength with technical grace. Vader meanwhile, had a mobility that people hadnt seen before in the 1990s. Vader performed maneuvers like dropkicks, his Vader Bomb corner splash and even a Diving Moonsault with incredible regularity, all while weighing more than 400 pounds. The fact that he was able to do these things is amazing. These examples of agility were major reasons why both men became big stars: they didnt fall into the immobile big man category that made wrestling matches boring. Despite their large size, both Lesnar and Vader were able to keep up with much smaller and quicker wrestlers, which made them far more entertaining to watch.
