10 Ways To Book Brock Lesnar As WWE Champion

6. Step Five - Randy Orton Feud, TLC Title Defence

Brock Lesnar Randy Orton2 It's not sensible to keep Lesnar away for two consecutive months. For the good of the Championship it needs to be on television - even if not that regularly at this moment - and Lesnar should be brought back in to tie up a loose end towards the end of 2014. Randy Orton's gripe is that he's still not received his rematch for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship since losing it to Daniel Bryan at last year's WrestleMania. Orton was thrust into an Evolution reunion following Bryan's title victory and still to this day complains that he hasn't had his opportunity to get a one-on-one rematch. He was a part of a fatal four way match at Battleground and the Money in the Bank Championship Ladder Match in July, but it's likely he won't let go of the fact that he's owed a fair fight. Unfortunately for him, it may turn out that a battle with Lesnar is his only chance to get the belt back. The pair could have a great match given Lesnar's physicality and Orton's psychological smarts, but a Lesnar win ensures they've killed two birds with one stone - Orton will be out of the title picture and a big name main event can headline the show.
