9. The Intercontinental Championship On RAW, United States On SmackDown
Just like the good old days... With WWE having one competing roster at the minute, the need for two secondary titles is at an all time low. Neither title means anything of great deal and should really be combined into one. Splitting the championships between RAW and SmackDown would get rid of this problem immediately, elevating their respective importance without even holding a match. RAW would have the Intercontinental Championship because in terms of the WWE it's the most prestigious title. You could argue the United States title overtook it last year during John Cena's reign, but the IC's lineage is far stronger in terms of WWE than the former WCW strap is.
