10 Ways To Save WrestleMania 31 After Royal Rumble Disaster

9. Remove Predictable Storylines From WWE Programming

If Roman Reigns does go to Mania and wins the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, it could be one of the worst moves WWE has made for many years. Seemingly everyone knew The Big Dog was going to win the Rumble and even more are now resigned to the fact he will go on to California and win the big one. There's little doubting that WWE is at its best when it's unpredictable, and this is something that has gone amiss in the last three Rumble matches, even longer on WWE programming. Going into last night's event, many thought that WWE had leaked Reigns' potential win on purpose to throw the most deliberate of curveballs after last year's Batista debacle. Oh, and the John Cena win in 2013. Sadly, this wasn't the case and the powers that be in the creative team put on one of the most formulaic pay per views in history. This predictability is draining the fans' minds of their creative juices. Deviating from the norm and bringing the shock factor back to the ring is a must on the road to WrestleMania.
