Ever since WWE officials decreed that Roman Reigns was to be a top babyface star, they've dropped the ball with him. The biggest mistake the promotion have made with Reigns has been to turn him into some sort of watered-down alternative to John Cena. This is an ill-fit for the guy, because he's one of the most physically intimidating men on the roster. Roman Reigns should not be cutting smart-ass promos, he should be destroying people and coming up against adversity. Better yet, don't make him similar to Cena in terms of his 'Superman' like ability to overcome the odds. If Roman is going to be kept babyface, he needs to have weaknesses his opponents can exploit, otherwise there's no sympathy factor there from the audience. Perhaps the best thing WWE could do at this point is have Reigns turn on the fans for their lack of clear support. His babyface run hasn't been as good as his tenure in The Shield, so have him return to being that moody, silent killer. He could still come through the people, but threaten more of them on his way down to the ring.
