For some reason, WWE have tried to move Damien Sandow away from his 'Intellectual Saviour' character that was so over with fans. Quite clearly, those in charge didn't feel the gimmick could help transport Sandow to the main event mix permanently, but they've done nothing worthwhile with him since. At Money In The Bank 2013, Sandow won the right to challenge for the World Heavyweight Title. It looked like WWE were serious about his push, but he confusingly went on a losing streak, before cashing in and losing to John Cena. This was not a satisfying result, and made the whole Money In The Bank idea look pointless. One way to rebuild Damien Sandow could be to put him in a tag-team with a character that complements his previous brainy persona. David Otunga isn't doing anything, and WWE fans know he's a smart guy, so why not him? They could perform a lawyer gimmick, judging other members of the roster for their wrongdoings. It's simple, but effective storytelling - they'd be obvious heels, making it easy for fans to dislike them, and could refocus what is a stuttering career.
