4. Program Him With Samoa Joe

Samoa Joe and Seth Rollins aren't clicking, for whatever reason. Maybe Joe needs more time to settle on the main roster, or perhaps the big Samoan just hasn't found the right opponent. If it's not Rollins, then why not give Dean Ambrose a shot? The worst that can happen is WWE blast through one pay-per-view match before moving on.

The lack of numbers on the Raw roster means this feud is virtually guaranteed to happen at some point anyway, but it must be booked soon for Ambrose's sake. Intercontinental Title or not, Dean needs someone like Joe who suits his hard-hitting style. A dangerous rivalry with Joe seems perfect right now.

Eliminate Joe's henchman vibe (that Triple H alliance needs to die with the end of his Rollins feud) and have him butt heads with Ambrose. It's far too late for this to happen at Extreme Rules, sadly, but finding out who has the bigger cojones between Dean and Joe is apt for an event called Great Balls Of Fire.
