After the Royal Rumble, Daniel Bryan was left with nothing going forward into WrestleMania so WWE's creative team relegated him to the mid card. D-bry will be part of the ladder match for the Intercontinental Championship. Many believe that he will go over on the biggest stage of them all in order to put some prestige back into the bewildered championship. This is a tactic that is certainly evident with the United States Championship with John Cena set to end the undefeated run of Rusev. But after the plethora of title reigns Cena has had, a slight demotion to one of the secondary titles was a must. Bryan has only had four top belt reigns, so his demotion certainly seems to mean a lot more of the surface of things. With the way the title picture is shaping up it is difficult to see how Bryan will fit back in, especially if the rumours of Brock Lesnar signing a new contract with WWE are true. This certainly wouldn't be best for business.
