Unlike the Hurt business, this team is all made men after running together for the last three years, dominating NXT in the process. Rumour has it that the face/heel dynamic within the faction is poised to be split down the middle - Adam Cole and Kyle O'Reilly on the babyface team, Bobby Fish and Roderick Strong on the dark side.

While this usually indicates a breakup on the horizon, it shouldn't.

The Undisputed Era has been on top for so long because the gimmick just works. The development to turn at least Cole was always going to happen at some point - the guy's just too damn good - but WWE should test that friendship slowly; seeing how much rope each man will give the other is such a fascinating story to tell.

Let's hope WWE agrees. Everyone reading this will know that WWE loves to trumpet straight towards the blow-off match without any regard for how the journey plays out. The story affects the pay-off in a massive way - and if WWE can keep their patience and let this tale play out across months, or longer, we will have one hell of a ride.
