10 WCW Cruiserweight Matches You Should Watch
6. Kidman V. Juventud Guerrera V. Psychosis V. Rey Mysterio, Jr. - Souled Out 1999
In what was basically a sequel to a future match on this list, a Four Corners match for the Cruiserweight Title was a really good way to showcase the four best cruiserweights on a Pay-Per-View that just was not good at all. While a Fatal-Four Way with all four men in the ring at the same time may have been a better choice, the ability to tag in and out led to interesting combinations and stories to be told.
Kidman and Rey had been having issues with both Psychosis and Juventud throughout their battles with the Latino World Order. Yep, that was a thing and yep it was miserable with the only benefit really being the growth of Eddie Guerrero, Psychosis, and Juventud.
Every competitor in this match was able to get their spots in, while also making everyone else look fantastic. It had mat wrestling, high-flying, signature moves, and finishers all around. They sold the aggressiveness of the match and kept you locked in throughout its entirety. At the end, Kidman was able to sneak in a Shooting Star Press on Juventud while Mysterio and Psychosis were laid out outside the ring to retain the title.
