If you could pick any tag-team partner in the world, who would it be? Roman Reigns wouldn't be a bad shout, and neither would one-man wrecking crew Bron Breakker. Or, if you'd like some help on the women's division side, you could choose Becky Lynch, Stephanie Vaquer or Charlotte Flair. The choices are endless.

One thing you wouldn't do is ring up Becky's mother and ask her to have your back.

Rick Steiner pretty much did something just like that back in late-1998 when his partner Buff Bagwell turned on him. Initially, Rick picked Kenny Kaos as his new buddy, but then pivoted towards Judy f'n Bagwell in a bid to get under Buff's skin. What a ploy, huh? Even Steiner himself had to be questioning the logic of this behind the scenes. Either that or the guaranteed money made him indifferent.

To cap it all off, the stunning Steiner and Judy tag title reign ended with a vacation once Rick was struck down with an injury. Happy days. This was so WCW it hurt, although maybe it didn't hurt as much as Steiner's injury did. Who knows? Technically, Judy Bagwell would go down in history as a former WCW Tag-Team Champ despite never winning the belts herself.

Perhaps that was for the best. Wrestling has booked some atrocious tag bouts, and the last thing anybody needed was Judy trying to hit a Buff Blockbuster on some hapless fool between the ropes. Maybe she could've jumped off the forklift WCW put her on for a future pay-per-view.

Check Rick's seriously unconvincing smile above. He knew this was garbage.
