10 WCW Thunder Moments You Need To Revisit
7. Wolfpac Takes Shape
The nWo was one of wrestling's greatest creations - that's something we can all agree on - but did it not seem a touch ridiculous when nearly everyone on the WCW roster was a member, in some capacity or other?
The debut of Wolfpac was probably right before they jumped the shark, to be fair, since it made perfect sense for Kevin Nash to form a splinter group after fault-lines began to appear in the original. Plus: Sting's red face-paint, that awesome walk-out music - it was kind of cool.
Whilst Lex Luger officially joined Nash's ranks on Nitro, it was two nights later on Thunder when they debuted their new theme, set out their mission statement, and implored Sting, a rogue lone wolf, to step in line.
