10 Weird Times WWE Superstars Shared The Same Theme

1. Pat Tanaka/Goldberg

Time to cheat, just a little.

This didn't actually happen in WWE, but both Pat Tanaka and Bill Goldberg have had stints as WWE superstars, so it still counts. Besides, it's bloody weird to watch someone other than Goldberg walk to the ring as his dramatic, movie-like score broods in the background.

It's stranger still to see Tanaka stroll out for an enhancement talent match against Disco Inferno on one 1996 edition of WCW's Saturday Night as Goldberg's future theme blares in the background. This, along with Pat's other WCW showings around the same period, would be one of the final times that music wasn't accompanied by wild cheering or chants of Goldberg's name.

It's also proof positive that Bill's track was stock music WCW had laying around in their library, meaning it wasn't written exclusively for him. Much like Kurt Angle, Big Show and Jerry Lawler, Goldberg was handed whatever his employer had in reserve.
