10 Weirdest Patriotic Moments In WWE

1. Undertaker For America

Earlier in the countdown, the concept of part-time patriots was brought up. But the strangest part-time patriot in WWE history deserves his own entry.

Yes, the normally non-political Deadman was asked to join Lex Luger's All-Americans Team in their battle against Yokozuna's Foreign Fanatics at the 1993 Survivor Series. (He would replace the injured Tatanka.)

The Undertaker quietly stood there for a moment, then opened his black trenchcoat to reveal the colors of the American flag underneath. Lex and the Steiner Brothers were overjoyed to have the powers of the 'Phenom' on their side.

'Taker then delivered one of the longer speeches of his WWE career at that point. "These three men stand up for what they believe in: American pride. And in honor of their devotion, I will stand with them and I will survive with them. So let freedom ring, and let these Foreign Fanatics REST IN PEACE."

It was a cool moment, no doubt, but it was definitely the weirdest patriotic one in WWE history.
