10 Weirdest WWE Cameos By Wrestlers Before They Were Famous
8. Tye Dillinger - Stan
After previously appearing on the ECW brand back way back in 2008, Dillinger finally made his main roster debut this past year. However, his experiences with Vince McMahon date back quite some time - 'The Perfect 10' made a memorable appearance on WWE TV as far back as 2006.
During a backstage segment at Cyber Sunday '06, Triple H and Shawn Michaels were shooting the breeze ahead of their tag match against Randy Orton and Edge. With the controversial ex-WCW kingpin, Eric Bischoff, emerging as poll favourite to be special referee for their match, the topic of controversy arose and a fired up HBK decided to create some controversy of his own.
Introducing himself merely as 'Stan', Dillinger played the role of an unsuspecting stage hand standing nearby. Unfortunately for Stan, he was in the wrong place at the wrong time and ate a huge Superkick for his troubles. As far as connections go, it was a perfect ten.
Soon after, two other hallway dwellers would feel the wrath of Michaels, as 'HB-Shizzle' played two encores of Sweet Chin Music especially for them. With a trail of destruction left behind, the segment was one of the more memorable skits of the reformed DX run of '06, made all the more significant in hindsight, with the presence of a Dillinger.
