10 Weirdest WWE Odd Couples

8. K-Kwik & Road Dogg

The stench of desperation hung in the air like durian in an office when Road Dogg abandoned the dying embers of D-Generation-X to pair up with OVW graduate Ron Killings in November 2000.

Christened K-Kwik during his time in league developmental, Killings and Dogg briefly interracted on MTV's Sunday Night Heat 24 hours before an unsolicited run-in resulted in the former New Age Outlaw's match with William Regal screeching to a halt.

The pair rapped as if they'd been doing it for years on the sly, and cemented their bizarre union with a doubles division run that went absolutely nowhere.

Dogg looked ancient alongside Kwik. Already a relic in his own time thanks to the lightning quick pace of the era, Dogg's DX schtick was depressingly played out before his new mate tried to drag him into forcibly into the 21st century. Unfortunately for both, the act didn't remotely gather steam before they were split without mention when Road Dogg was fired for real just two months later.

Few got the heave during such prosperous times, but mounting drug problems had rendered an Attitude Era stalwart surplus to requirements. Kwik's trajectory plummeted - he was also gone a year later.
