Lockdown was a very weird time.

Some people got through it by making banana bread or taking up jogging, whilst WWE opted to make a bunch of crazy short films featuring their wrestlers in ridiculous situations.

One of the most famous examples of WWE experimenting with cinematic matches is Money in the Bank 2020, where both of the ladder matches were rolled into one simultaneous free-for-all. Male and female competitors alike had to make their way up to the top floor of WWE's corporate headquarters in order to retrieve their desired briefcase, encountering all sorts of wacky characters along the way.

Paul Heyman, Brother Love, Doink the Clown, and Vince McMahon all appeared throughout the match. Stephanie McMahon also made a cameo, but hers had clearly been pre-taped in a different location. They made no effort to hide this.

This insane scramble culminated on the roof of Titan Towers; a roof that both Aleister Black and Rey Mysterio were chucked off by Baron Corbin. In the end, Asuka and Otis were the winners of what will surely be the most unique Money in the Bank of all time.
