10 Winners And Losers From WWE Elimination Chamber 2018
6. Losers: Karl Anderson And Luke Gallows
Can someone please enlighten everyone as to what Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows' characters are at this point because as of Sunday's Elimination Chamber Kickoff Show, it still feels like they are Finn Bálor's buddies and nothing more.
The lack of character development has hurt the talented tag team from the moment they arrived in WWE and now, in the midst of a babyface turn, they find themselves woefully unprepared by management. That they were booked in Sunday's Elimination Chamber pre-show, left to sleepwalk through a tag team bout against The Miztourage's Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel, did them no favors.
Axel and Dallas may be the cronies for Miz but they are also the least credible tag team on the roster this side of The Ascension. They are tackling dummies for Miz's rivals so to see Anderson and Gallows struggle against the team to the extent they did Sunday night leaves one to wonder how invested in the team the company actually is.
Sure, they picked up the win but it still felt very much like they were done a great disservice with the manner in which they did. FIghting from underneath and getting only a minute or two for a comeback is hardly enough to get them over with audiences.
