10 Worst Attitude Era PPVS
8. Rock Bottom
The matches worth talking about at Rock Bottom are ones that will stand the test of time, like Mankind defeating The Rock via pass-out, and The Undertaker vs Steve Austin in a Buried Alive Match. The rest of the card is, at worst, unmemorable and, at best, actively forgettable, with a mix of some of the lowest dregs of The Attitude Era roster.
While everyone remembers the classic tag teams of The Attitude Era like The Hardyz, The Dudley Boyz or Edge and Christian, for every revolutionary team, there were throwaway teams like Supply and Demand (Godfather and Val Venis), or The Oddities (Kurrgan and Golga) that took up time and space on the card while contributing very little to the show.
Of the eight matches on the card, four of them are throwaway tag matches, but even the singles matches aren’t worth writing home about. Worst of all is the 'Strip Tease' match between Jeff Jarrett and Goldust that ends with Commissioner Shawn Michaels demanding Debra strip to her lingerie as a result of Jeff Jarrett losing by disqualification, but thankfully Jarrett and Blue Blazer whisked Debra away before she's made to get down to her bra and panties.
