Rob Van Dam is known all over the world for his days in ECW and his long run with WWE. Whether working as a heel or a babyface, his persona, and unique ring style have been a hit with fans for many years.
Van Dam is also known for his work with Impact Wrestling and returned there recently. However, he was given a gimmick that just does not work for well known established stars and also failed miserably years ago in WWE. The gimmick stripped him of what makes him one of a kind.
Van Dam, along with girlfriend Katie Forbes, joined a Right To Censor like group called Cancel Culture. This group did to their personas what RTC did to both Val Venis and The Godfather. Both groups stripped away what fans loved about them, producing only cheap unstainable heat. They recently denounced the group and returned to their old fun-loving ways.
