It wasn't easy finding a place for this one on the list. Your writer even thought about not including it - the reason being that it was painstakingly close to being everything that it should have been. And then it wasn't.

The notion that a match between The Undertaker and Goldberg was taking place in 2019 was a testament to both men's legacies, but the ensuing match was a testament to WWE's complete cluelessness when it came to booking them.

The truth is that the first five minutes or so of this match was perfect (y'know, aside from Big Bill bumping his head) and had it ended after the Tombstone, it would have gone down in history as an entertaining bout that successfully used nostalgic power moves to protect two legends past their prime. Instead, the two of them ended up working a nine-minute match in the blazing heat and it really didn't take a genius to know that it was destined to go sideways.

The image of Goldberg almost dropping 'Taker on his head is one of the most uneasy moments in WWE history and we're all super thankful it wasn't much worse.

'Taker's face after the match said more than these words could ever.
