10 Worst Moments In Hulk Hogan's Career

8. His Rubbish Music Album

Some of you may not know that Hulk Hogan was in a band. Formed with Jimmy 'Mouth of the South'' Hart, ex wife Linda and J.J Maguire, they went under the name of The Wrestling Boot Band and released one album in 1995 that had some success, but that doesn't mean it was good. Hulk Rules is probably the perfect representation of Hogan's career in music form. In true egomaniac style, every track on Hulk Rules is about the Hulkster and almost all the lyrics talk about how awesome he is. Writing that album must have been so difficult for him. As you would expect, Hulk Rules was universally mauled to death by the critics but in true Hogan style, it got up, pointed at the naysayers, ripped the negative reviews from itself like a pre-cut yellow t-shirt, and stormed to number 12 in the Billboard Kid Albums chart. But that is hardly surprising because if you were a young wrestling fan during that period, you would have pestered your parents to buy anything if it had Hogan's face on it and that includes terrible music albums. Considering the success of their first album, The Wrestling Boot band never did release a follow up album. Maybe they ran out of awesome things to say about Hogan.
