10 Worst TNA Matches Of All Time

6. K-Krush vs Hermie Sadler - TNA Weekly PPV #4

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jfv5rJAvX8w As a company in its fledgling stages, it was entirely understandable for TNA to bring in a few celebrities now and then to increase exposure. However, the manner in which they used their earlier guest stars was nothing short of offensive, particularly in the case of NASCAR racing drivers Hermie Sadler and Sterlin Marlin. Marlin was the bigger star, but it was Sadler who was placed into a match with a young Ron Killings (presumably because he showed slightly more interest or competency in the ring). Triple H cops a lot of flak for his feud with Booker T, in which he told the former WCW champion that "his sort of people" weren't on the same level as the Game. Although the WWE have always maintained that Triple H was referring to people with a criminal record, it's understandable why racial assumptions were made. TNA managed to sidestep such confusion by being much more obvious - and by making the racists the babyfaces! K-Krush (better known these days as R Truth) called out the NASCAR drivers for not being real athletes. Sadler and Marlin blasted him for his appearance, asking how anybody expected him to be taken seriously in a do-rag and baggy jeans. It made for incredibly uncomfortable viewing, especially with a rabid Tennessee crowd cheering them on. Thankfully Krush went on to easily defeat Sadler a few weeks later - as long as you count a roll-up with feet on the ropes as easy. Yes, R Truth had to rely on a cheap win to defeat a non-wrestling celebrity guest. To make matters worse, they ran a Dusty finish and reversed the decision, awarding the victory to Sadler!
