It's really a miracle that Dean Ambrose has endured the way he has throughout the years. Ever since The Shield initially split in 2014, Dean has easily been the one to be booked the most like a numpty. His actions over the years have made most fans react to his character like "Mate, you're not a lunatic, you're just dumb."

There's no better example of this than at TLC 2014. In the main event, Ambrose and Bray Wyatt had the blow-off to their feud which began for no good reason at Hell in a Cell. After a chaotic match, Ambrose was ready to go for the kill by grabbing a television monitor. Except, wanting to, I guess, give Bray an electric shock, Ambrose kept the TV plugged in.

But uh oh, Spaghetti-Os, the cord was too short, and so the TV exploded into Ambrose's face. Dazed, the Lunatic Numpty then walked into a Sister Abigail from Bray to lose another feud. So there we have it, Dean Ambrose's two major weaknesses: TVs and spooky ghost holograms.

The early Network era of WWE was marred by these cheap finishes, but these last two were perfect examples of how they could be damaging to careers in the short term.
