What's even happening with this storyline at this point?

It's the dominant thread on RAW, and the pig is stuck firmly into the weep. It isn't good. It will be just a lil' airborne by about next week, when WWE will on recent, repeated evidence run yet another six or eight-man tag. That they didn't announce the main event of this week's RAW is damning. They didn't expect you'd want to watch it, and understandably so.

This is WWE's attempt to stray from running Kevin Owens Vs. Seth Rollins into the ground. The problem is that they've ran it into the ground.

Every week, Seth Rollins cuts a deluded promo, and every week, it becomes more and more tiresome in its pompous drone. Then, Kevin Owens arrives on the scene to let Seth know that Seth talks too much, where he just wants to "keep fighting". This results in a brawl, and a match, if not set already, is set for the main event. It's a multi-man tag of some variety. They're often very good but stale and uninteresting. The dramatic thrust of the rivalry is thus: Seth Rollins talks, a lot, it's boring, Kevin Owens gets bored, the Viking Raiders are also bored, and so they fight.

Every week.
