10 Worst WWE Champions Ever

4. Sycho Sid

When you have two title reigns that are short and both can be classified as transitional, you really weren't a big deal as champion. Sid was a big guy at 6'9" 300 pounds and was intimidating, but as a worker he was poor. His promos were certainly unique too. His first reign at Survivor Series 1996 was WWE's way of getting the title off of Shawn Michaels before Sid ended up dropping it back to Michaels at the 1997 Royal Rumble in Shawn's hometown of San Antonio. It was basically a two month reign that was done just to give Michaels the big win at home. The second win for Sid was on an episode of Raw in February 1997 when he beat Bret Hart, who only had a one day reign, thanks to interference from Steve Austin. Sid only held the title for about one month before losing to Undertaker in the boring WrestleMania 13 main event. If you're wondering why they spelled "psycho" wrong for his name it's because WWE likes to trademark names, so they figured "the P is silent anyway so let's just drop it" or something to that effect. I guess that's why I cringe sometimes when people call Vince McMahon a genius. But I digress.
