Fandango was a surprise hit in 2013. Well, Fandango the wrestler wasnt. Fandango the theme music was the big hit. Fans would Fandango and sing his theme song, and thats what kept the wrestler overfor a time. Soon the fans realized that Fandango the wrestler wasnt really that good, and the fad went away. Fandango did a big load of nothing in 2014 (aside from a boring love triangle storyline with Summer Rae and Layla, where they both ended up leaving him in the end), and was kept off TV because creative had nothing for him. This past month at Survivor Series, a new Fandango debuted, which was basically the old Fandango only now hes a Spanish flamenco dancer and Rosa Mendes is his dance partner now. The only major change was that the theme music (which everybody loved and was the best part of his character) was scrapped for some slower mariachi version. Boy, kinda makes the Wrestlemania 29 win over Chris Jericho look really stupid in hindsight, doesnt it?
