10 Worst WWE Money In The Bank Cash-Ins

How could a successful cash-in from a totally out-of-left-field MITB winner for his first WWE world title (no, the ECW title does not count here) rank so highly on this list? Well, it was Jack Swagger, and once the initial shockwave of a brand new champion wore off, we all remembered it was still Jack Swagger, and everyone went back to not caring.

WWE was actually doing the right thing by giving Swagger a push; a great worker with a good look coming up through the ranks. However, Swagger had only held the ECW title before winning Money In The Bank, had only been on the main roster for 18 months, and hadn't established himself as someone to lead the company. Therefore, unsurprisingly, his win and subsequent reign fell flat.

No offence to the man now called Hager; clearly, he is capable of much better work than what WWE showed us a decade ago. He even had a Match Of The Year candidate with Rey Mysterio for the world title... after he'd already lost it. The man he pinned for that sole World Heavyweight Championship? Chris Jericho.
