You've probably forgotten all of the minor details about Heidenreich's career, so fixated are you with that time he got friendly with Michael Cole in one of the most bizarre backstage segments in WWE history.

But before any of that he was introduced to our screens on a September 2003 episode of Monday Night Raw as a man who was being controlled by an invisible - or at least temporarily absent - entity referred to as "Little Johnny".

Since he was then sent back down to OVW for more training before the storyline resolved itself, we never actually got to see exactly who - or what - Heidenreich was supposed to have been referring to.

But on leaving the company a couple of years later, he let the cat out of the bag. His origin story was that he was teased for being overweight in his youth and, in adulthood, began hearing the voice of Little Johnny - his inner child - as some sort of coping mechanism. Pretty dumb then.
