5. The Fiend And Randy Orton Get Fiery & Gooey (2020/21)

But there wouldn't have been a spooky Alexa in the first place had it not been for the Fiendish soul who seemingly made it his mission to turn the likes of SmackDown and Raw into a living nightmare throughout the already excruciating spell that was much of 2020/21.

There were a few campy highlights, admittedly - that Firefly Funhouse 'Mania lunacy was the near-perfect sort of hilarious insanity. But those fond Muscle Man memories were entirely overshadowed by Wyatt's eventual reigniting of his long-time rivalry with Randy Orton; this time with added gooey Bliss.

Trying to really double down on the concept of The Fiend being WWE's own unbeatable horror movie monster, the pair's fiery back-and-forths - which included the previously noted Bliss ball to the face for Orton - ultimately led to Wyatt being literally burned alive... for the TLC Firefly Inferno win.

But because you can never truly keep a good Children's TV show host alter-ego down, the outrageousness reached new unprecedented levels with an utterly scorched Fiend returning from the ashes to help Bliss uncomfortably straddle Orton at Fastlane 2021.

And the pay-off to all this fire and black goo madness? A veteran Orton once again getting the better of his former Wyatt Family teammate on The Grandest Stage.

At least it didn't go down inside of a bright red cage, though, eh...
