10 Worst WWE SummerSlam Posters

8. SummerSlam 1995

Back in 1995, "Big Daddy Cool" Diesel - the original Roman Reigns, for newer fans - was riding sort of high as the worst-drawing WWE Champion in company history. There was no question that he'd be defending his title at SummerSlam, but against whom?

The answer was Mabel (later Viscera), who had won the 1995 King of the Ring title in a universally panned pay-per-view event just a couple of months prior. Like so many other stars before and after, Mabel was pushed for his size and not his skill, and it wasn't long after a terrible SummerSlam main event with Diesel that he was moved back down the card.

All of that goes to say that Mabel wasn't featured on the poster - either because his push was a last-minute decision or because WWE already realized he wouldn't be a draw. The result is a bisected portrait of Kevin Nash's favorite wrestler, with "FACE the HEAT" across the front. Because it's hot during the summer, maybe? Any other guesses?
