10 Worst WWE Women's Champions Ever

3. Debra

The leggy blonde (formerly of World Championship Wrestling) made her debut in WWE in 1998 and immediately became a sex symbol for promoter Vince McMahon as the seductive manager of Jeff Jarrett. Sporting business suits that showed off her ample puppies instantly helped her earn the adulation of fans who were hungry for more T&A and sex appeal as the company continued its revolutionary Attitude Era. So popular was she that when Sable began making less frequent appearances on Raw, Debra surged ahead of her in terms of popularity. Whereas Sable was more blatant with her sexuality, Debra played coy. She was a tease and there was something about leaving things to the imagination of fans that endeared her to them. On the May 10, 1999, Debra's increased television time and popularity came to a head as she squared off with Sable in an Evening Gown match. Interference from Val Venis allowed Sable to strip her opponent of her dress and seemingly retain her WWE Women's Championship. Then Commissioner Shawn Michaels made his presence felt, revealing that he enjoyed the sight of a beautiful woman in her bra and panties and thus, Debra was the new champion. Yes, the Women's Championship was decided based on Michaels being visually stimulated by Debra in her underwear. An untrained wrestler who looked dreadfully out of place every time she stepped between the ropes, Debra's reign was thankfully short. Regardless of its length, her run with the title further threatened the credibility of the title on the heels of the Sable debacle.
