10 Worst WWE Wrestlers Of 2016

9. Eva Marie

Eva Marie is always a popular choice when discussing WWE’s least complete performers, and justifiably so. She has made some gradual improvements over the past couple of years, but she still struggles in all aspects of her performance. Eva’s not a good wrestler, not a good talker, and she serves up more botches than the rest of her colleagues combined.

She’s the antithesis of everything the Women’s Revolution has become, and one of the most inexperienced wrestlers to ever set foot in a WWE ring. For all the green fitness models WWE have hired since the Attitude Era, Eva might be the worst. Her heat levels are through the roof, but not because she’s an effective heel: fans just don’t want to see her perform, and those boos come from a rejection of her as a performer.

SmackDown looked like they’d found a niche for Eva in the Brand Split’s early days, but she’s been off television since mid-August. First struck down by a Wellness Policy violation, Eva then disappeared to film a movie with Nicolas Cage of all people, and there’s no word on when she’ll return. She’d feature higher if not for her paucity of appearances throughout 2016, and it’s safe to say her in-ring return won’t be one of 2017’s most anticipated comebacks.
