10 WrestleMania 33 Mistakes WWE Can’t Repeat At 34

5. Leaving The Intercontinental Title Off The Main Show

Dean Ambrose received a polite reception from the Orlando audience in 2017, but everyone knew his match with Baron Corbin for the Intercontinental Title was functional at best, and totally irrelevant at worst.

Last year, WWE did not use the IC Title properly, and that's something they should endeavour to fix in time for WrestleMania 34. This year, The Miz is a much higher-profile, more captivating champion than Ambrose (creative take the blame for that, not him). As champ, Miz deserves to work a match on the main card and show why he's the best Intercontinental titleholder WWE has boasted in years.

Lord only knows who the match would be against, though we would like to propose WWE find someone that fans take seriously. There was no way Corbin was winning the title at 33, and that was the biggest problem with him even challenging.

It's main show or bust for a title WWE occasionally treat like a trinket rather than a proper championship people should care about.
