10 Wrestlers AEW Has Given Up On

8. Abadon

Presumably, AEW only believed that Abadon was worth a mini-push during Halloween season. That'd explain why the bloody-faced nightmare (meant in the nicest way possible) was featured in that 'Trick Or Treat' match vs. Britt Baker on the 29 October 2021 Rampage before being demoted again.

Abadon's issues with Hikaru Shida also seem like they happened a lifetime ago. Is this it for the horror-themed menace? Was her "big run" in AEW one championship match against Shida and another featured bout opposite Baker? Surely not. She's got way more to give than that.

It looks like Khan and pals fancy pushing literally anyone else though.

OK, so it's hardly a bad thing that the likes of Penelope Ford and Tay Conti are getting more spotlight, but Abadon is something totally different to any other woman in the division. Sadly, she's not a top priority for the promotion these days, and may never be again.
