10 Wrestlers AEW MUST Sign Next

7. Kiera Hogan

IMPACT Wrestling

This one may have already happened in actuality.

Having confirmed her departure from IMPACT Wrestling following the promotion's post-Slammiversary tapings, it was reported by Bodyslam.net's Cassidy Haynes that Kiera Hogan was backstage for the 4 August Dynamite broadcast. On its own, that's hardly newsworthy; she's currently in a relationship with Diamante. The real meat of the story comes from the recent Dark: Elevation tapings. There, Hogan wrestled Hikaru Shida in a match that'll air tonight.

It's not a one-off appearance, either. In the pre-Rampage tapings for Tuesday's Dark webisode, Hogan wrestled Kris Statlander, losing her second AEW outing.

Kiera reinvented herself to such a seismic extent in IMPACT that she's now almost the complete package. She's the perfect blend of in-ring ability, microphone skills, and charisma; her character is very much just her usual self turned up a notch. She never really stood out in the Anthem-helmed promotion for her work as a singles wrestler. Instead, she became a noteworthy performer when she debuted the Fire N Flava duo alongside Tasha Steelz.

For Steelz, that will help her going forward. Her new alliance with Savannah Evans has the potential to bang. In AEW, Kiera can finally flourish as a singles star should she sign a full-time deal. A future Women's World Champion? Quite possibly.
