The token guest host spot might be Miz's best bet of being involved at all.
Again, like his old foe Gargano, Miz could find himself in an undercard addition that's booked solely to get them a payday. That...doesn't seem like it'd play out before much interest; SoFi may use Miz vs. Gargano/Corbin/someone else as an excuse to check out the merch stalls or go for a p*ss.
The sad truth is that WWE, despite having two cards to fill over the weekend, doesn't have room for absolutely everyone on the roster. Some will need to miss out, and Miz is a prime candidate.
