As we'll see later in the list, The Undisputed Elite's run in AEW has not been the smoothest. Two of their members are currently out injured and the other, Bobby Fish, has left the company entirely.

Safe to say this is not what Tony Khan had in mind when he brought them in.

One injured member, Kyle O'Reilly, hasn't wrestled a match since June 2022. He has appeared on TV since then, most notably to turn on The Young Bucks alongside the rest of The Undisputed Elite, but he hasn't stepped inside a wrestling ring for a while now.

Going by the Canadian's Instagram stories, he underwent neck fusion surgery sometime in either July or August. That may sound like a big deal, but it's actually more common than you think and many famous wrestlers have had the surgery and recovered nicely.

However, O'Reilly is now 35 years old and has recently had his first child. He's going to have to make some serious decisions regarding his wrestling future and an injured neck may help him to make that call.

When will we see him back? It's hard to say, but we hope he can do so in a way that's best for him.
