10 Wrestlers Currently Out Injured (And When They Might Return)
6. Randy Orton
Randy Orton has had his fair share of injuries across his lengthy WWE career, but his most recent one has caused the biggest concern.
The Viper hasn't wrestled since he and Matt Riddle lost their Raw Tag Team Championships to The Usos in May. It was reported that Orton was the planned challenger for Roman Reigns at SummerSlam 2022, but he was taken off TV ahead of the event and replaced by Brock Lesnar.
Since then, reports have come out that Orton is dealing with a serious back injury. He had supposedly been working through a number of issues before taking time out, but now they have all caught up to him and that is causing concern among WWE higher-ups.
Randy is slated to be out for the rest of the year, but there are rumours swirling around that he may not return at all.
At 42 years old and with over two decades of bumps on his card, it's entirely possible that this is one injury too many for The Apex Predator, but let's pray that he makes a full recovery and is back in time for either the Royal Rumble or a big WrestleMania match.
