10 Wrestlers Currently Out Injured (And When They Might Return)

4. Thunder Rosa

As it stands, Thunder Rosa is set to face Toni Storm to unify the regular and interim versions of the AEW Women's World Championship.

This is because, on the August 24th edition of Dynamite, Rosa announced she was dealing with a back injury that would force her to take time away from competition.

La Mera Mera said she had been struggling with her back for a year before her announcement, mentioning that she was having issues walking on certain days. However, some of Rosa's critics have claimed that the injury isn't as it seems.

Those accusers see this is a way for the champion to duck the head she allegedly has backstage with Britt Baker and Jamie Hayter. The champ herself debunked these theories, posting pictures of herself online receiving treatment on her spine.

It's safe to assume that the Mexican-born star is telling the truth, so when should we expect to see her again? Thankfully, her recovery time in August was only said to be two months, so hopefully, she should be back soon.

Will AEW decide to keep her as the champion? Or will Toni Storm be the one to take both belts? Only time will tell.
