10 Wrestlers Even AEW Couldn’t Sign

3. The Rest Of The Control Your Narrative Roster...

...because if Triple H isn't considering the best of what's left, it's unlikely Tony Khan will see you as going begging.

Braun Strowman and Karrion Kross returning in the summer of 2022 following Triple H's ascent to WWE's highest position confounded those that believed Strowman in particular had torpedoed his value by working for the last-but-one version of Ring Of Honor, various North American independent dates and the bizarre Control Your Narrative. In actuality, this shone a light on EC3 and Austin Aries not receiving the same call.

With Kross a favourite of 'The Game' and Braun the type of monster it was always worth having another go with, the remaining centre-points of the strange CYN project look a little out of place in the North American mainstream. A mainstream that includes AEW, who have more than enough wrestlers just like them. That the group were loosely associated with ROH at the end but not when Khan purchased the brand speaks volumes too.
