The amount of athleticism required to put on what would not even be considered a one-star match in WWE is far beyond the ability most people could ever manage, even with training. So imagine getting to the level Lesnar is at, putting on multiple stellar matches, and then being labelled as lazy.

Of course, the criticism comes less from his in-ring work and more the fact that he so rarely appears. This is a valid reason to be frustrated with the guy, but to hate him for being "lazy" makes no sense.

Lesnar is another class of athlete, a shockingly skilled performer, who is huge and deceptively agile. He may not appear very often, but can you blame him? He is in a position where he can get what he wants without needing to work as much, and you can't hate someone for taking a good opportunity when it's offered to them.

If your claim is that one of the world's biggest wrestling organisation's top stars is lazy, then you have very little evidence to plead your case.
