10 Wrestlers Fans Most Want To See In WWE's UK Tournament

5. Zack Sabre Jr.

It goes without saying, but Zack Sabre Jr. is one of the best technical wrestlers on the planet. Everything he does looks fluid and effortless, and he chains holds together like it's second nature. Sabre has probably forgotten more about chain wrestling than most competitors will ever learn, and his slick “Escapology” style harks back to the glory days of British World Of Sport wrestling.

Along with guys like Marty Scurll and Will Ospreay, ZSJ has played a huge role in British wrestling’s recent resurgence. He’s had a tremendous year competing for companies like PWG, EVOLVE, and RevPro, and even became PWG Heavyweight Champion after defeating Roderick Strong earlier this year. Few wrestlers can match the resumé he’s built in recent years, and as one of the global indie circuit’s hottest commodities, he’d be a big draw in the UK tournament.

Sabre, of course, appeared in the WWE Cruiserweight Classic earlier this year, and put on a great technical bout with Drew Gulak before his eventual elimination to Gran Metalik. WWE know who he is and exactly what he’s capable of, and if they want to bring him in for the tournament, they can probably get him.
